END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT & ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
for BG (Body Guard) App

1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy (the "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Signs To Follow, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the BG ("Body Guard") mobile application, websites, servers, cloud services, features, updates, documentation, and related intellectual property (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must immediately uninstall and cease use of the Service.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following capitalized terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
"Agreement" means this End User License Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy, together with any updates, supplements, exhibits, policies, and amendments.
"Content" means all video, audio, images, text, metadata, or other material created, uploaded, transmitted, or stored using the Service.
"Device" means any smartphone, tablet, wearable, computer, or hardware capable of running the Service.
"Intellectual Property Rights" means all rights in patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, trade dress, moral rights, know-how, software, documentation, and proprietary data.
"Subscription" means the paid or free and/or freemium, revocable license to use the Service and access leased Content, conditioned on continued payment or usage.
"User Data" means all data relating to you, including personal data, account information, and metadata.
"Force Majeure Event" means any act, event, or circumstance beyond Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, pandemics, cyberattacks, terrorism, governmental restrictions, supply chain disruptions, or labor disputes.
3. Grant of License
3.1 Limited License
Subject to compliance with this Agreement, Company grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Service on a Device you own or control.
3.2 Restrictions
This license does not grant you any rights to distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the Service.
3.3 Reservation of Rights
All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Company.
4. Ownership of Content and Intellectual Property
4.1 Company Ownership of Content
All Content generated through the Service is and shall remain the exclusive property of Company.

4.2 License to User
You are granted only a limited lease to view such Content for the duration of your Subscription.
4.3 Termination of Lease
Upon Subscription termination, you forfeit all rights to access Content, and Company reserves the right to delete or archive Content.
4.4 Intellectual Property
The Service, including all source code, algorithms, designs, and branding, are protected under intellectual property law. Nothing in this Agreement grants you ownership rights.
5. User Obligations and Acceptable Use
You agree that you shall:
- Comply with all laws and regulations governing use of the Service.
- Assume full responsibility for any consequences of recording, storing, or distributing Content.
- Not rely on the Service as a substitute for emergency services (e.g., dialing 911) and/or legal authorities.
- Maintain secure credentials and prevent unauthorized access to your account.
6. Eligibility and Usage
The Services and Products known as BG (short for Body Guard) by Signs To Follow, Inc. are intended for use by individuals of sound mind. BG subscriptions and accounts for Signs To Follow, Inc. products are to be owned and operated by an individual who provides their and/or their child's information to Signs To Follow, Inc. and/or BG Personal Protection App during account registration. Signs To Follow, Inc., the BG App services and products are only provided to those who can provide a binding contract with Signs To Follow, Inc. and only in compliance with this agreement and all applicable laws, rules and regulations by local, state, and country regulations.
Anyone under thirteen (13) years of age is strictly prohibited from creating an account for the Signs To Follow/BG App platform and service without explicit parental consent (or other age to the extent of jurisdiction requirements).
By providing consent for a child to use the BG App - or any other App that Signs to Follow, Inc. directly makes, licenses or contracts with any third party to provide - parents and guardians agree to be fully responsible for and exercise oversight of the child's use of the services, including ensuring that such use is always in accordance with this Agreement and all documents referenced in this Agreement as well as all applicable laws. Additionally, it is to be fully responsible and liable for the child's compliance with this Agreement and the child's use of the services along with being fully responsible for the disclaimers, waivers and limitations of liability set out in this Agreement on your own behalf and on the child's behalf, and all references to 'you' and/or 'your' in and throughout this agreement be deemed amended to include your child or your ward, as applicable. Any members removed from the BG service by Signs to Follow Inc. will not be provided of said services to any and all members previously removed from the BG service by Signs To Follow Inc.
7. Restrictions on Use
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code.
- Circumvent security, licensing, or subscription controls.
- Record individuals without required consent under applicable law.
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
- Use the Service in dangerous, negligent, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise unlawful ways.
- 8. Privacy and Data Protection
- 8.1 Collection and Processing
- We collect limited User Data necessary for the operation of the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy.
8.2 GDPR (EU Users)
If you are in the European Union: You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time. Company acts as Data Controller under GDPR Article 4.
8.3 CCPA (California Users)
California residents may request disclosure of personal data collected and request deletion. Company does not sell personal data.
8.4 Law Enforcement Disclosure
We reserve the right to disclose data when legally compelled.
9. Minors and Age Restrictions
The Service is not intended for anyone under 13 years or 14 years age dependent about territory and/or country specific age laws. By using the Service, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
10.1 General Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
10.2 Data Storage
Company does not guarantee indefinite storage of Content.
10.3 Service Interruptions
Service may be unavailable due to lack of service/reception in an area/region, outages, maintenance, or Force Majeure Events. Additionally, Signs To Follow, Inc and its BG service is not responsible for individual user or blanket phone settings as well as a lack of and/or improper settings per mobile phone and/or mobile service providers. Furthermore, Signs To Follow, Inc and its BG service is not responsible for defective and/or non-functional mobile phones due to charging of a device's battery/power source and/or software and/or hardware insufficiencies and/or physical damage and/or normal/typical user use of a mobile device that does not permit/provide the BG service to function.
10.4 User Conduct
Company disclaims liability for actions by Users, including unlawful conduct.
10.5 Safety Risks
The Service is NOT a substitute for law enforcement, emergency medical, security services or alike.
11. Limitation of Liability
Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages. Liability is capped at the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Multiple limitations are cumulative, not additive.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Company against all claims arising from your use of the Service.
13. Termination
Company may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice, if you breach terms or for any reason at our discretion.
14. Third-Party Software and Services
The Service may incorporate third-party components (e.g., APIs, SDKs). Their use is subject to third-party license terms.
15. Export Controls
You may not use, export, or re-export the Service in violation of: U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), U.S. Treasury OFAC sanctions, U.N. and EU sanctions.
16. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs. Arbitration shall be final and binding.
17. Class Action Waiver
You agree to waive the right to participate in class, collective, or representative actions.
18. Force Majeure
Company shall not be liable for nonperformance due to Force Majeure Events including acts of God, cyberattacks, terrorism, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
19. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law.
20. DMCA Safe Harbor
Company complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Takedown notices should be directed to Info@signstofollow.com
21. Miscellaneous Provisions
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.
